RIZAL SDG
HEROES CHALLENGE

A Project-based Learning applying tools of Systems Thinking and the Theory U Lab. An intergenerational gamified learning journey participated by educators and learners, co-learning in an engaging hand-on and insighful experience of our curent realities and co-created possible solutions.

Why do we do our Challenges?

We hope to continue the work of the National Hero by promoting and practicing the Art of the Learning Organization and Schools that Learn of Dr. Peter M Senge, and the Theory U Innovation Lab process of Dr. C Otto Scharmer, authors, senior lecturers, and cohorts from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, Mass. USA.

These two methodologies applied together promote Awareness-based Systems Change, or how to transform mindsets of Leadership from an Egoistic to an Eco-system perspective. Eco-system leadership is about seeing that we are all part and parcel of the Whole, People co-existing with each other and the Planet in mutual respect, harmony and compassion, doing our part for a better, brighter future.
